When performance and endurance are key concerns, the High Performance castor is world class. A large opposed taper roller bearing in the swivel head means the castor can be power towed at speeds up to 12kph over flat surfaces without obstructions. The steel passivated zinc plated frame is robot welded and a fully sealed greasable swivel head make this castor easy to maintain. Richmond’s High Performance Series is custom designed and manufactured in-house to specification.

The S1650SN by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and has a solid pneumatic wheel. This swivel castor is in our high performance series range and can hold loads up to 950kg. The S1650SN is assembled with ball bearings on the castors axle. The swivel frame design of this castor allows the castor to swivel 360°. The overall solid pneumatic wheel diameter is 400mm, the wheel width is 100mm and you can order separately (Part Number: SN1612).
