The 500 Series is designed and manufactured for heavy duty applications including low speed, medium weight towing up to a maximum speed of 6kph. The S8450 from Richmond Wheel and Castor Co. is a swivel frame castor and uses a cast iron wheel. This swivel castor is one of our 500 series range and has a maximum capacity of 500kg. The S8450 is assembled with plain bearings on the castors axle. The swivel frame of this castor allows for full 360° swivel rotation. The diameter of the cast iron wheel is 200mm, the wheel width is 50mm and can be ordered separately (Ci842).
