Richmond’s Spring Loaded Gate Castors are designed to make opening and closing of residential gates easier. The spring loaded design provides shock absorption features specifically for use on uneven surfaces. The gate mount is integrated into the frame of the castor for easy fixing to any gate system. S5022 has been designed for use on platform ladders that require maneuverability combined with locking under load.

The S5022 manufactured by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and has a anti static wheel. This swivel castor is one of our spring loaded gate range and has a top load capacity of 20kg. The S5022 uses ball bearings for wheel rotation. The swivel frame allows for full 360° swivel rotation. The outside diameter of the anti static wheel is 125mm, the wheel width is 32mm and can be ordered separately (RR5573).
