Zinc plated to provide corrosion resistance, a grease nipple to maintain smooth operation and an industry leading swivel lock and brake design all combined with a 6mm baseplate thickness and welded forks that provide uncompromised strength and resistance to flexing.
Our 100mm Cast Iron Wheel Richmond Castor – S4452B is part of our significant range of heavy industrial castors. The wheel features Ball Bearings and the wheel diameter is 100mm (4″). More information on the Cast Iron wheel can be found here. The maximum capacity of this castor is 400kg. The swivel frame of this castor allows full360° rotation of the castor. Cast Iron wheels have the lowest rolling resistance of all of Richmonds castors however they are not suitable for some surfaces as damage could occur over time. The S4452B is fitted with a brake.
