The R440 manufactured by Richmond Wheel and Castor Co. is a rigid frame castor and is fitted with a cast iron wheel. This rigid castor is in our heavy duty welded series range and has a maximum capacity of 400kg. The R440 is assembled with ball bearings on the castors axle. The rigid frame of this castor is ideal for linear movement however steering can be achieved by using with swivel castors. The cast iron wheel diameter is 100mm, the wheel width is 38mm and you can order separately (Part Number: Ci400).
