Initially, they were designed for airport support dollies, but can now also be seen in use across container handling areas, wharves and manufacturing plants. These castors can be towed at up to 24kph, making them ideal for baggage handling, shipping container unpacking, and other high capacity towable jobs. They can carry loads of up to 2250kg per castor. The robust nature, precision steering and towable capacity makes this the castor of choice at airports for tarmac use. The Towmaster range can be customised to suit specifications, allowing for changes in load capacities and tow speeds.
