Scaffolding Wheels & Castors

Our range of scaffolding wheels and castors are compatible with Kwik Stage Steel Scaffolding and alternative aluminium scaffolding and platform products. They are constructed from the highest quality materials, keeping you and your team safe while you undertake important construction work. They are approved to AS1576.2 2009 Appendix H standards, and have colour-coded brake designs to clearly identify the on/off operation to the user.

There are 3 common scaffold castor fixing  methods:

1: Hollow Nut Scaffold Castor:

Suitable for  Kwik stage steel scaffold leg: 48.3mm OD x 4.0mm wall thickness = 40.3NB , Aluminium Scaffold leg 48.4mm OD x 4.47mm  wall thickness = 39.46 nominal bore

2: Internal Tube Scaffold Castor:

Suitable for  Kwik stage steel scaffold leg: 48.3mm OD x 4.0mm wall thickness = 40.3NB , Aluminium Scaffold leg 48.4mm OD x 4.47mm wall thickness = 39.46 nominal bore

3: Solid Stem Scaffold Castor:

Kwik stage steel scaffold leg: 48.3mm OD x 4.0mm wall thickness = 40.3NB

Aluminium Scaffold leg 48.4mm OD x 4.47mm wall thickness = 39.46NB

Adjustable scaffold castor are designed to  accommodate a variety of scaffold tube including  Mild Steel or Aluminium with an maximum outer diameter of 48.3mm diameter and internal dimension 38.5mm.

Tube  scaffold castor are designed to accommodate a variety of scaffold tubing including  Mild Steel or Aluminium with an outer diameter not exceeding  48.3mm .

Solid round stem castors are also suitable with an outer diameter not exceeding 49mm . Solid stem castor fixing requires the stem to be secured in place to ensure it cannot fallout when raised or placed on uneven surfaces.
